Fundraiser Portrait Day
To raise much needed funds for those affected by the genocide in Palestine I am offering 15minute mini sessions for portraits as a one off chance to get a heavily discounted portrait shot by me in a studio environment. All proceeds will go to The Sameer Project - run by Palestinians in the diaspora helping those still in Palestine.
These can be a family portrait, couple shoot, headshot or portrait of you just because you felt cute! The morning session until 12noon will be on a white backdrop then 1pm onwards on a black backdrop to allow you a choice. Dogs are permitted and other animals may be on request. Please describe the portrait you want in the description when booking. If you intend to bring a pet please let me know. All shoots will take place in the Oh Yeah Music Centre, Gordon Street, Belfast.

Please note no refunds will be offered for no shows as all donations will be going to charity! No shoot will take place unless a donation has been made. Please arrive 15mins before your slot as late arrival will reduce your time. My assistant will be on hand with a laptop to show you previews of your images and you can choose on the day. Images will then be delivered to you within 3 weeks.
Max booking one slot per person/couple - multiple bookings for block shoots will be cancelled to allow as many people as possible to take part
Booking T&Cs
The following terms and conditions apply to booking a shoot, please read these before booking in.
I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance. This does not cover your belongings brought to a shoot. Any damage to my equipment caused by any party other than myself shall be charged at full replacement or repair rate.
By booking in you give full rights for Carrie Davenport Photographic to share the images taken on social media and in their own portfolio. You may share images as detailed in your contract but adding of instagram filters is not permitted.
I maintain copyright to everything shot.
All new clients will be required to pay a 20% deposit to hold their shoot date. Deposits may be waived for future bookings and do not apply to regular clients.
When asking about dates I will hold dates for a maximum of 3 days before they are opened up again so please confirm as soon as you can (or let me know if you need longer) I require written email confirmation for ALL bookings and do not take bookings via instagram or whatsapp.
Repeated cancellation or changing of bookings will incur a fee to cover my time and lost other work.
Once a shoot has been booked deposits are non-refundable but may be transferrable.
Should you fail to attend your shoot or cancel with less than 24hours notice 50% of the shoot fee will be due unless illness or something urgent are the cause.
When you receive your invoice you have 30 days to pay the balance before late payment fees will apply. Failure to pay invoices will result in a suspension on future bookings.
For copyright buy outs please discuss fees with me before the shoot.
